Next Chapter Retreat : Intimate Setting to tap into your Future Self
Start your retreat with Welcoming Afternoon Stretch and Intention Setting on the grounds to introduce yourself to the magical property.
Day1: Light Breakfast (provided) Cacao and Drumming will start the day to call in the Ancestors. This day will also include a group sweat lodge experience and somatic healing practices to help release and open your mind, body and spirit to the transformative next few days. We will enjoy some alone time for lunch or gather on the lawn after our time in sweat. In the afternoon we join together to do some Ancestral Clearing then later that evening integrate the days activities with a nourishing sound bath.
